Overview

This inquiry will focus on diagnosis, treatment and current support available to those with long COVID. According to the latest ONS figures, currently it is estimated that 2.1 million are experiencing self-reported long COVID in the UK (3.3% of the population). In Scotland it is estimated that 187,000 people have self-reported long COVID (3.5% of the population).

We are interested in hearing your views on three main themes:

  • awareness and recognition
  • therapy and rehabilitation
  • study and research
