Return to core Kilbrandon principles and re-establish local community unpaid volunteers through local authority unpaid volunteers making decisions in the best interest of children and young people. Remove the self-serving and costly bureaucracy of Childrens Hearings Scotland which has been a disaster and demonstrable failure since its inception.
