I believe restricting the sale of Fireworks in Scotland will lead to a further rise in illegal sales which becomes more dangerous to the general public.

Again, this restriction will lead to the inevitable rise in illegal sales, people who do not wish to pay £50 just to do a course to be able to buy fireworks will simply find an illegal outlet as an alternative. As illegal sales rise so too will anti social use of fireworks as it will be easier for people to purchase them.
Restrictions on supply of fireworks
What are your views on the proposed restricted periods on which CAT F2 and CAT F3 fireworks can be purchased by the public?

This will not have any impact on anti social use of fireworks. If people wish to buy fireworks outwith these periods they will simply travel south and spend their money there or simply buy online.
